He began his career as an innovator designing and building early passenger electric vehicles. Furqan received a BSE in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Arnie is a Director of Pneuron Corp and Vice Chairman and a Director of First Commons Bank. Arnie had a long career and has extensive experience in the Financial Industry. Arnie was formerly General Counsel and later a member of the senior management team of MFS Investment Management. Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President for Mount Yale Capital Group and he was responsible for products at services for Piper Jaffray’s Private Client Group. Additionally, Tom was President and CEO for a joint venture between Sun Life Financial and MFS Group.

Nitzan is Managing Partner and Co-founder of High Start Group, a firm focused on helping startups and Fortune 500 companies create and launch breakthrough products. Previously, Nitzan founded the Mobile Product Group at Skype, where he led the development and marketing efforts to bring Skype to mobile phones. Nitzan also led venture investments as Entrepreneur in Residence at Flybridge Capital Partners. Nitzan received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Edusoft was grown to a 150-person, $20M company, and sold to Houghton Mifflin in 2004. In 2009, 2010, and 2011, Dan was named a “Tech Titan” by Washingtonian and was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Dan received his BA in Computer Science, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard.
