Julie was formerly Vice President, Counsel and Associate Partner at Wellington Management Company, LLP, where for nearly 18 years she delivered legal services for three areas of the asset management firm. Since 2009 Julie has provided legal advice and counsel on a broad range of investment management, corporate and financial services matters through her private practice. Prior to joining Wellington Management, Julie was Associate Counsel at The Boston Company Advisors, Inc. and an Associate Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP.
